The Parkedge was designed for our contemporary display home in a boutique subdivision. The home was built to suit a modern family with all the inclusions. With 4 bedrooms, this house can accommodate a large family. Escape to the master suite where you can find a couples dream ensuite. A young client enquired to design an upscale and unique looking multi-residential triplex situated in a premium beachside subdivision. Making use of the 572m2 block, there is 3 residences, all 2 storey. Each residence has their similar looks, but layout can slightly vary in order to give each one a feeling of separation to the other residences. This is a perfect for any couple, friends or small family.

This house was designed for a family who wanted a mid-century modern styled home. It was gently positioned on the sloping block in a way that would capture the amazing rural views. This client's retro taste was met by using custom cabinetry, raked ceilings and a stone feature wall. They wanted a spacious 4 bedroom home with a indoor/outdoor feel and an open plan living.

This stunning home was designed for a young family that had a modern and industrial style. They were after a home that separated the adult and children living zones but still had the family living central and connected. The sweeping curved edges and the multi-stepped levels was a must in order to capture the southern views of the land. The large glass windows allowed for natural lighting throughout the home.

A relaxed home, light and airy, it takes in the natural beauty of the coastal location and the surrounding views.   This design has a real focus on living and entertaining. The design is simple and functional with the incorporation of multi functional spaces to reduce the overall footprint on a restricted site.  The deck is the access point for the residence as well as the entertainment area and retreat for the Master bedroom. Two large stacking sliding doors give you access directly to the living, kitchen and dining area.  The rear kitchen bench flows through the glass door to the outdoor kitchen. ​
